Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 June 2026
This policy explains what information Pixel Flow Studio (“we”, “us”) collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain, because that’s how we’d want it.
Contents
1. Who we are
Pixel Flow Studio is an unlimited design subscription service operated by Pixel Flow Studio, LLC, based in Indianapolis, Indiana. For any privacy question, email hello@pixelflowstudio.com.
2. What we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email address, company, and the contents of your design requests, messages, and any files or brand assets you share with us.
- Booking information — when you schedule a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects your name, email, and chosen time on our behalf.
- Payment information — subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; we receive limited billing details (e.g. name, email, the last four digits, and subscription status) from Stripe.
- Technical information — basic data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, used to keep the site secure and working.
3. How we use it
- To provide the design service, deliver your requests, and communicate with you about your account.
- To process subscription billing, renewals, refunds, and the 14-day money-back guarantee.
- To schedule and hold intro calls you request.
- To improve the website and protect it against fraud and abuse.
- To send service-related messages. We will only send marketing email if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: contract (to deliver the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (to run, secure, and improve our business), consent (for optional marketing or non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (e.g. tax and accounting records).
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Calendly — call scheduling.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site (may receive your IP address as part of the request).
- Google Analytics — anonymised website usage analytics.
- Hostinger — website hosting and business email.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
6. Cookies & tracking
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It may set cookies and collect usage data such as the pages you view, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source. Third-party tools you interact with (Stripe checkout, the Calendly popup) may also set their own cookies when used. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser opt-out add-on.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as you’re a customer and as long as needed for the purposes above — including legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When it’s no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@pixelflowstudio.com and we’ll respond within the timeframe the law requires.
California (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of “sales” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
9. International transfers
We and our providers may process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for these transfers.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to notify you and the authorities of any breach as required by law.
11. Children
Our service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
12. Changes & contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change accordingly. For any question or request, contact us at hello@pixelflowstudio.com.
